By creating an account, accessing, or using HobbyMetrics (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HobbyMetrics ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
HobbyMetrics is a business management platform for sports card and trading card collectors and sellers. The Service includes tools for inventory tracking, profit and loss analysis, comp (comparable sales) lookups, grading status tracking, expense tracking, and related features available at hobbymetrics.io and its subdomains.
We may modify, expand, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
You must be at least 13 years old to use HobbyMetrics. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Service is intended for personal and small-business use by individuals engaged in sports card collecting and reselling. Use of the Service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@hobbymetrics.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content in our sole discretion.
HobbyMetrics offers free and paid subscription plans. The features available under each plan are described at hobbymetrics.io/#pricing and are subject to change.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All content, code, design, features, and functionality of the HobbyMetrics platform are the exclusive property of HobbyMetrics and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any inventory data, financial records, and other personal content you enter into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant HobbyMetrics a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.
"HobbyMetrics," the HobbyMetrics logo, and related marks are trademarks of HobbyMetrics. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at support@hobbymetrics.io.
The Service integrates with or references third-party services including eBay, PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, and others. These integrations are provided for your convenience. HobbyMetrics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Comp lookup data and sold prices sourced from third parties are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data sourced from third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOBBYMETRICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Service, including market data, comp prices, or grading estimates.
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such guidance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOBBYMETRICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall HobbyMetrics' total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid to HobbyMetrics in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HobbyMetrics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@hobbymetrics.io.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) shall survive any termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
